Heal Strong, Relax Well: Supporting Student-Athlete Wellness Through a Website

Project Abstract:
​Injuries can occur during practice; however, some injuries will not be immediately diagnosed by medical trainers.  Our team will create a website that aims to provide support to local students, particularly those involved in athletics. The website will include questionnaires that individuals have to answer. Based on their answer,  injuries will be accurately identified and treatment plans will be generated. At the same time, our website will provide a safe space for students who are experiencing mental health struggles and generate methods they could use to maintain a healthy student life.
